At the centre of the composition is Mimir, a figure who radiates an aura of ancient knowledge and deep insight. He is depicted in a seated posture and radiates authority and wisdom. His figure is wrapped in a rich tapestry of colour in which deep blues and blacks blend seamlessly, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of the enigmatic empires of the Norse sagas.

Contrasting against the blues, the presence of red brings a dynamic element to the painting.
